Life is a funny journey. As a teenager I was drawn to photography to capture family members, friends and nature. I was a photographer for our school yearbook as well as an editor. I joined the US Army (a lifetime ago), hoping to get into photo journalism, but it was not meant to be. There was a 3 year waiting period for that particular MOS.
Life happens, and my passion for photography was devoted to pics of my own children and family trips. Over the years I've taken many photography and art classes and still have a lot to learn, but isn't that half the fun?
On this part of life's journey I'm once again taking up my passion for capturing a moment in time. That special look a loved one sees in your eyes.
